About this facility
A paper recycling facility collects and processes recovered paper — old corrugated cardboard, office paper, newsprint and mixed paper — into bales that paper mills repulp into new packaging and paper products. Suppliers are mainly haulers, retailers, printers and MRFs delivering truckload quantities, though some facilities also run a public drop-off or a document-destruction service for businesses. Grades are kept separate because mills pay different prices for clean office paper versus mixed paper, and contamination with food, plastic or wax lowers the value. Hours, fees and accepted materials vary — call ahead to confirm which grades are accepted, whether small loads are welcome and whether confidential shredding is offered.
